风机变频监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:应用S7-300 PLC和变频器,以风量为主要测量参数,通过调节PID参数控制变频器频率,来改变风机电机转速,实现最优控制。通过监测风机运行过程中的各种参数保证风机安全运行。实际应用表明,通过变频器调节风机转速,能有效地节约电能,是矿井通风机的一种理想控制方式。

Abstract:Used the air flow as the main parameter, applied S7 - 300 PLC and inverter as the controller, when the air flow changed, the PID parameter is adjusted. The frequency of inverter is changed, and then motor speed of the ventilating fan is regulated. By monitoring every parameter, the ventilating fan runs safely. Resuits indicate that using inverter to regulate motor rotation speed is an ideal control method which can save electric energy effectively.
