| 摘 要： | 介绍了模拟退火算法及其改进型的原理、模型和算法实现过程 ,并采用改进型算法对数控加工切削参数优化模型进行了优化计算。计算结果表明算法符合实际情况 ,证明基于改进型模拟退火算法的优化设计切实可行 ,为复杂的数控机械优化计算提供了一种优化方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper,principles,models, realization processes of simulated annealing algorithm and improved simulated annealing algorithm are summarily reviewed.When the improved algorithm is applied in optimization design model of NC machining parameter,the result shows that the improved algorithm is practical and it gives a new way for solving similar complicated mechanical optimization problems. |
