摘    要:针对多绳摩擦轮提升机直流调速系统谐波大、功率因数低且波动大的问题,提出了一种基于静止调相器的无功补偿与滤波设计方案,详细介绍了系统结构、工作原理以及参数选择,做出了功率因数的仿真分析。结果表明,该系统减小了提升机直流调速系统对电网的谐波污染,并使得功率因数高且稳定。

Abstract:The multi-rope friction wheel hoist engine larges DC drive system harmonics,power factor low and volatile issue,we propose a phase modulation device based on static reactive power compensation and filtering design.Details of the system structure,working principle and parameters,to make the power factor of the simulation analysis.The results show that the system reduces the speed control system for DC hoist harmonic pollution,and makes the power factor is high and stable.
