IGCT在矿井提升机变频调速系统中的应用

摘    要:以煤矿主井提升机大功率三电平变频调速系统为例,给出了三电平逆变器主电路及逆变器结构的拓扑结构,对驱动电路的逻辑结构进行分析,着重对门极换相晶闸管(IGCT)在变频器电路中串联使用存在的问题进行分析,对动态、静态出现电压不均衡产生的原因进行深入探讨,给出解决办法。

Abstract:Taking the coal mine main shaft elevator high efficiency three levels variable-frequency adjustable-speed system in mine as an example,this article has given three level invertors main circuit and invertor’s structure topology.It carries on the analysis to driving circuit’s logical organization and connects the use existence to IGCT in the convector circuit,the question to carry on the analysis.Emphatically,the static state presents the reason which the voltage is imbalanced produces to carry on the thorough discussion,gives the solution.
