新型运输绞车的动力学仿真

摘    要:新型运输绞车与过往绞车相比,克服了它的不足和缺陷,另外还具有结构呈长条形、牵引力大、软启动等优点,比较适合井下狭窄的作业空间,而且操作方便、安全。以JY-1型新型运输绞车为例,建立三维实体模型,利用ADAMS软件对其进行了运动学及动力学的仿真分析,分析各个零部件之间的运动关系和受力情况,为今后该类绞车的进一步研究提供必要的参考和理论指导。

Abstract:Compared with traditional transport winch,the new transport winch not only has overcome insufficiency and shortcoming,but also has advantage of soft start,long and narrow structure as well as large traction force and so on,which can adapt to narrow space of underground coal mine very well,and also,it is safe and convenient.Taking the JY-1 new transport winch as an object of studying,the solid model and assembly design were done by software,and then it was carried on kinematics and dynamics simulation by use of ADAMS software after obtaining virtual prototype,and movement relationships and force conditions between parts were analyzed after that.It is provided a reference for a further study on new transport winch.
