Improvement of Dust Removal Motor of Bolting Machine in Coal Mine

Aiming at the frequent fault of dust removal motor of imported bolting machine in coal mine,the cause of fault was found out,and the solution was formulated by means of checking the installation mode of the dust removal device and monitoring the pressure state of the motor during operation. By connecting one-way valve to the motor, it can meet the requirements of the minimum safety pressure limit at the oil inlet of the motor, solved the problem of frequent motor damage,ensured the stability of the equipment and improved the work efficiency.
