| 摘 要： | 目前瓦斯抽采钻孔工艺向大直径、长钻孔、定向钻孔施工发展。针对现有定向钻孔技术及装备形成的钻孔直径较小、需进行二次扩孔、施工工艺与配套钻具复杂,基于大直径长钻孔定向施工工艺的发展,研制了一种适合大中型矿井进行大直径长钻孔施工的定向钻孔装备,其单位质量输出功率大、成孔能力强、结构紧凑,适合大中型煤矿的大直径长钻孔瓦斯抽采钻孔施工。

| Abstract: | At presed,the gas drainage drilling technology is developing to large diameter,long drilling and directional drilling construction. In view of the existing directional drilling technology and equipment to form the smaller hole diameter,second reaming process,complex construction technology and a complete set of drilling tools,based on the development of the large diameter long hole directional construction technology,developed a kind of suitable for large and medium-sized mines construction of large diameter long hole directional drilling equipment. With high unit weight output power,strong hole forming ability,compact structure, it is suitable for large and medium-sized coal mines of large diameter long drilling gas extraction drilling construction. |
