摘    要:本溪铀矿采用硫酸浸出-三脂肪胺萃取-碳酸盐反萃取-氢氧化钠沉淀重铀酸钠工艺生产,产出的碱性铀沉淀母液只能返回利用约30%,其余直接外排造成了环境污染及碱的浪费,现采用絮凝脱除-冷冻结晶分离芒硝-部分结晶母液直接返回配反萃取剂、部分母液加石灰苛化后配制铀沉淀剂新工艺邓是以治理。工业化应用后,碱和废水回收率≥80%,副产物芒硝纯度≥99%,总放射性比活度低于本底水平,可以外销。

Abstract:A new technological process of dealing with alkaline mother solution after precipitating uranium has been described in this paper. Uranium, organic matter and suspended solid are removed by adding flocculant to the alkaline mother solution after precipitating uranium. Glauber's salt is separated by freezing crystallizing from supernatant liquor after clearing. A section of crystallizing mother solution is returned to compound reextraction agent. Another one is causticized by adding lime. Aqueous caustic is returned to compound precipitating agent of uranium. The recovery rate of waste water and alkali is more than 80%. Radioactive specific activity of Glauber's salt is less than the radioactive background values.
