萃取原液铀质量浓度与湿铀矿石浓缩物中水分的关系

摘    要:铀矿石浓缩物的溶解液和由此而制得的萃取原液的ρ(U)与铀矿石浓缩物中w(H2O)呈反相关,萃取原液ρ(U)高,例如500 g/L,要求湿铀酸铵盐型铀矿石浓缩物中w(H2O)为7.5%,允许进入溶解系统的生产用水为每t铀0.91 m3;萃取原液ρ(U)低,例如100 g/L,要求湿铀酸铵盐型铀矿石浓缩物中w(H2O)为67.0%,允许进入溶解系统的生产用水为每t铀5.55 m3。

Abstract:The relationship between uranium concentration in dissolved and feed solutions and water content in the uranium ore concentrate is inverse.When uranium concentration is high,for example 500 g/L,water content in the uranium ore concentrate is 7.5%,the volume of water which is allowed into dissolution system is 0.91 m3per ton uranium.When uranium concentration is low,for example 100 g/L,the volume of water produced in production system which is allowed into dissolution system is 5.55 m3per ton uranium.
