切缝药包在露天控制爆破中的应用研究

摘    要:为解决传统预裂爆破与光面爆破技术难以满足现如今高质量、高标准施工要求的难题,根据切缝药包的作用机理,对切缝药包在边坡预裂爆破中的应用进行研究。根据现场施工情况,设计相应爆破参数,进行切缝药包预裂爆破参数优化试验,并对切缝药包预裂爆破和传统预裂爆破的工程应用进行对比研究。试验结果表明:在中硬岩、90 mm直径预裂孔的条件下,采用外径40 mm、内径36 mm,切缝长度0.8m,切缝宽度10mm的PVC管作为切缝管进行切缝药包预裂爆破,其爆破效果较好;通过与传统预裂爆破相比,切缝药包预裂爆破后预裂缝宽度增加了1.12倍,预裂面不平整度减少了52.8%,半孔率提高了21%,振动速度峰值降低了29.02%,有效减少了爆破能量对保留边坡与周边构建筑物的损害,显著提高了爆破施工的质量。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the traditional pre-split blasting and smooth blasting technology can not meet the requirements of high quality and high standard construction, the application of the slot-cut cartridge in slope pre-split blasting was studied according to the mechanism of the slot-cut cartridge.According to the site construction, the corresponding blasting parameters were designed, and the parameter optimization test of pre-splitting blasting was carried out, and the engineering application of pre-splitting blasting and traditional pre-splitting blasting were compared.The test results show that: in the condition of medium hard rock and 90mm diameter pre-hole, PVC pipe with 40mm outer diameter and 36mm inner diameter, 0.8m slit length and 10mm slit width is used as slit pipe for pre-splitting blasting of slit cartridge, and the blasting effect is better.By compared with the traditional presplit blasting, cutting seam cartridge after presplit blasting crack width increased 1.12 times, pre-splitting surface roughness decreased by 52.8%, not half hole rate increased by 21%, the peak vibration velocity was reduced by 29.02%, effectively reduce the blasting energy to keep the slope and the surrounding structure of the building damage, improve the quality of blasting construction.
