| 摘 要： | 以鄂州膨润土为原料,经盐酸活化、碱溶和酸析,可制得高白度(95.46%)、粒度细(200nm)的白炭黑.试验结果表明,制备白炭黑适宜的工艺条件是:酸浓度20%,活化时间150min,碱用量0.35g/g,乙醇用量2mL/g,氯化钠用量0.05g/g.乙醇和氯化钠的加入,控制白炭黑的粒度.
