摘    要:喀拉通克矿在350~405 m水平的矿体采用下向小分段空场嗣后充填法开采,目前采场跨度8 m,高度8 m时,采场稳定性较好。为提高矿山生产能力,增加经济效益,对采场结构参数进行优化。本文采用数值模拟手段,基于室内岩石力学试验结果,结合现场工程地质调查研究成果,制定3种模拟方案获得极限采场高度,并依据本矿山相关充填体研究成果进行优化采场充填配比参数初设。结果表明,在采场跨度8 m工况下,采场高度为14 m时,采场塑性区范围较大,位移突变较大,在采场高度12 m时,采场塑性区范围较小较为稳定,采场结构参数的优化可为矿山提高经济效益,安全防护提供可靠性的依据。

Abstract:In Karatunk Mining, the orebody at the level of 350-405 m is mined by the downward-facing small sublevel open stoping with subsequent filling method. At present, when the stope span is 8 m and the height is 8 m, the stope has good stability.In order to improve the production capacity of the mine and increase the economic benefit, the stope structure parameters were optimized.In this paper, the numerical simulation method is adopted, based on the results of indoor rock mechanics test and combined with the results of field engineering geological investigation, three simulation schemes are developed to obtain the ultimate stope height, and according to the relevant research results of backfill body in this mine, the optimized stope filling ratio parameters are initially set.The results show that when the stope span is 8 m and the stope height is 14 m, the range of the stope plastic zone is larger and the displacement mutation is larger; when the stope height is 12 m, the range of the stope plastic zone is smaller and more stable. The optimization of the stope structural parameters can provide a reliable basis for improving the economic benefit and safety protection of the mine.
