| 摘 要： | 本文试图从分析商业性地勘工作投资主体着手，探讨如何从真正意义上降低勘查工作的风险，提出应把政策的落脚点放在如何降低勘查者找矿以外的风险一即如何保护好勘查者的找矿成果和权益，促进矿业权流转和地质勘查工作的有效连接和良性循环。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author discusses how to really reduce the risk of geological perambulation work on the basis of analyzing the situation of the main investor.The author considers that it is of most importance to reduce the exceptant risk of the perambulation works and protect the right and interests of perambulators.To do so,it can promote the available connection and the normal circulation between the mining right exchange and commercial geological perambulation works. |
