摘    要:某矿临时充填系统充填骨料采用机械浓缩脱水,能耗高,效率低,产能小,无法满足深部矿山项目配套的永久充填系统的大能力全尾砂充填需要,综合考虑充填成本和效率,通过研究全尾砂在立式砂仓内进行快速浓缩沉降,实现连续放砂连续充填。在分析絮凝沉降试验和絮凝剂选型的基础上,进行全尾砂絮凝沉降定性、定量试验加以优化选择,试验表明:在供砂浓度为15%时,添加500万分子量的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)5g/t,可实现全尾砂沉降速度686.89cm/h,添加成本仅为0.16元/t,确定该矿山全尾砂沉降浓缩的最佳工艺,所得出的主要参数指标可为永久充填站设计和建设提供主要依据。

Abstract:Temporary filling system in a mine filling aggregate adopted mechanical dehydration concentrate, high energy consumption, low efficiency, small capacity, could meet the permanent filling system in deep mine project supporting the great power of the backfilling filling needs, incorporated the packing cost and efficiency, by studying the backfilling in rapid enrichment settlement within the vertical sand bin, continuous sand for filling. On the analysis of the flocculation sedimentation experiment and flocculating agent selection, on the basis of the backfilling flocculation sedimentation qualitative and quantitative experiment was carried out to optimize selection, experiment shows that in for sand concentration is 15%, add 5 million molecular weight of anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) 5 g/t, which can realize the backfilling sedimentation velocity of 686.89 cm/h, add cost only 0.16 yuan/t, determine the optimum process of mine full settlement of backfilling enrichment, for the main parameters can be obtained from the permanent filling station main basis for design and construction.
