摘    要:本文简述了某低品位钒钛磁铁矿(TFe20.49%,TiO210.31%)的工艺矿物学特性。通过条件试验,确定了预分选综合试验的工艺条件,并进行了连续验证试验,获得了产率为68.12%,TFe、TiO2品位分别为26.42%、13.62%,回收率分别为86.70%、89.62%的预分选精矿。

Abstract:Process mineralogical characteristics about a lean vanadium-titanium magnetite ore(TFe 20.49%,TiO210.31%) are resumed.Technological conditions of the pre-separation integrated pilot are determined by condition tests and a pilot-proof test is conducted A pre-separation concentrate is obtained with the yield of 68.12%,the grade TFe of 26.42% and TiO2 of 13.62%,and recoveries of TFe,TiO2 are 86.70%,89.62%.
