根据静态沉降—沉积曲线确定浓缩机面积方法的研究

摘    要:本文在重力沉降-沉积模型的基础上,推导出计算连续浓缩机底流浓度和比浓缩面积的公式,提出了一种设计浓缩机计算底流浓度和浓缩面积的新方法-静态沉降-沉积曲线法。此法与T-F法和Oltmann法进行比较,得到了满意的结果。

Abstract:Based on the heavy sedimentation medel, this paper deduces two mathematical formulae for calculating the under flow concentration and the specific thickener area of a continuous thickener and develops a new procedure to design a continuous thickener, the batch subsidence-sediment curve method Compared with T-F method and Oltmann method,it is reasonable of the new procedure to caculate the underflow concentration and the specific thickener area of a continuous thickener.
