摘    要:煤炭作为中国的基础性能源,产量大、储量多、消费高的特点决定了其在中国一次能源中的地位,并且在长时间内以煤炭消费为主的能源结构不会发生改变。党的十九大进一步强调了生态文明建设的重要性,并做出部署,这必然对煤炭清洁利用及产业转型升级提出了更高要求,有必要对路径与模式重新审视。本文简要介绍了我国煤炭清洁发展的现状与趋势,对传统与新型煤化工、煤电产业以及煤炭作为燃料/原料的使用进行污染物排放与资源利用方面的对比与分析,提出了目前我国煤炭在清洁利用上所存在的问题,并给出了相应对策建议。

Abstract:Coal, as a basic energy source in China, is characterized by large output, large reserves and high consumption, which determines its position in primary energy in China and will not change the energy structure dominated by coal consumption for a long period of time. The 19th National Congress of the CPC further emphasized the importance of ecological civilization construction and made plans for deployment. This inevitably sets higher demands on the clean utilization of coal and the transformation and upgrading of industries, and it is necessary to re-examine the path and mode. This article briefly introduces the current situation and trend of China''s coal clean development. The traditional and new coal chemical industry, coal industry and coal as a fuel / raw material for pollutant emissions and resource utilization comparison and analysis. The problems existing in the clean utilization of coal in our country are put forward and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
