| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了矿产资源的特点,分析当前矿产资源综合利用的现状及存在的问题,在介绍循环经济的产生背景、概念以及矿业循环经济的概念的基础上,提出"循环经济"是提高我国矿产资源综合利用水平的理想战略选择,最后就如何发展矿业循环经济以提高矿产资源综合利用水平提出了几点对策与建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the characteristics of mineral resources and analyzed the utilization status of mineral resources and existing problems.On the base of introducing the concepts and background of recycling economy and introducing the concepts of mining recycling economy,we provides recycling economy is an ideal strategic choice to improve the utilization level of mineral resources and some countermeasures and suggestions. |
