我国金属矿产勘查形势分析

我国非油气矿产探矿权中金属矿产占比八成以上,并且以有色金属为主。勘查投入仅占总投入的一成多,并且大部分为企业投资。"三稀"矿产的勘查投资增长较快,紧缺矿种的资源保障程度在增加。未来金属矿产勘查将面临生态文明建设、供给侧结构性改革和高技术产业发展等机遇和挑战。因此要加快战略性结构调整,转变开发利用方式;加大紧缺矿产的勘查投资,降低对外依存度;加大"三稀"矿产的勘查力度和开发强度,稳定资源供应,保障国家资源安全。

We should speed up the strategic structure adjustment, change the mode of development and utilization, increase the exploration investment of lacked mineral resources, reduce the dependence on foreign countries; increase the exploration strength and development intensity of the rare metal, scattered metal and rare earth mineral resources, stabilize the supply of resources, and ensure the safety of national resources.
