摘    要:针对二硫化钼(MoS2)的结构特性和应用要求,介绍了天然法和合成法生产MoS2的原则工艺,利用微波与超声波选择性加热和分散、乳化、剥离的特点,研究了天然法生产MoS2的工艺中使用微波与超声波除油和去铁、脱硅的效果。对金堆城钼精矿的除油率达98.4%,TFe、SiO2去除率为96.7%、98.7%,表明微波与超声波技术引入天然法生产MoS2工艺中前景广阔。

Abstract:The basic principles of the production technology of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) by natural method and synthetic method were briefly introduced according to the requirements of the structural characteristics and application. The effects of microwave and ultrasonic degreasing and iron removal, desilication process in natural method of MoS2 were investigated by using microwave and ultrasonic characteristics of selective heating and dispersion, emulsification, stripping. The results show that removal rate of grease, total iron and silicon dioxide to the molybdenum concentrate of Jingtuicheng, Shaanxi province was up to 98.4%, 96.7% and 98.7%, respectively. This new technology would indicate that the microwave and ultrasonic technique in the fields of natural method of MoS2 technology has wide application prospects.
