| 摘 要： | 本文分析了矿业并购的主要风险：体制风险、信息风险、财务风险、目标矿业价值评估风险及经营风险，对并购中的经营风险和融资风险作了评价．同时建立了矿业并购风险评价指标体系．利用模糊综合评价法对它进行了评价。

It evaluates the risk of operation and financing on M&A,and establishes the index system of mining enterprise M&A,which is evaluated by the method of using faintness and synthesize. |
