摘    要:槽孔管排渗体系对降低尾矿坝浸润线具有重要作用,而以往研究多基于一维试验单独测定土工布的渗透系数,对槽孔管外包土工布整体系统的渗透特性研究较少。首先设计研发了一套针对槽孔管外包土工布排渗体系的径向流试验设备,进而基于研发的试验设备,开展不同水头差及不同土工布层数下槽孔管排渗体系的渗流试验,研究土工布层数和水头差对排渗体系渗透特性的影响。试验结果表明:随水头差增加,槽孔管排渗体系渗透系数具有逐渐增加的规律;随外包土工布由一层增加到二层是渗透系数具有明显减小,但随着土工布层数继续增加渗透系数又出现轻微增加的情况。本文试验结果可为槽孔管外包土工布整体结构在尾矿坝排渗降渗中的应用提供一定参考。

Abstract:Slotted pipe drainage system plays an important role in reducing the wetting line of tailings dam. Previous studies have mostly determined the permeability coefficient of geotextiles based on one-dimensional test. The permeability characteristics of the whole system of slotted pipe outer geotextiles are less studied. Firstly, a set of radial flow test equipment for the geomembrane drainage system of the slotted tube was designed and developed. Based on the experimental equipment developed by the research and development, the seepage experiments of the slot pipe drainage system under different head differences and different geotextile layers were carried out to study the influence of the number of geotextile layers and the head difference on the permeability characteristics of the drainage system. The experimental results show that with the increase of water head difference, the permeability coefficient of the slotted pipe drainage system has a gradually increasing law; as the outer geotextile is increased from one layer to the second layer, the permeability coefficient is significantly reduced, but the number of geotextile layers continues. Increased permeability coefficient and a slight increase. The experimental results in this paper can provide a reference for the application of the overall structure of the slotted tube geotextile in the drainage and seepage of the tailings dam.
