尾矿库在线监测系统土建设计与施工（增刊）

尾矿库在线监测系统的长期可靠运行很大程度上依赖于设计与施工的质量,土建设计与施工是其中很重要的一环。本文结合相关规范和工程实践,阐述了尾矿库在线监测系统土建设计与施工中的关键问题,主要包括线路敷设形式及防护措施,不同形式混凝土基础的施工及要求,监测钻孔的施工细节以及现场线路、设备和值班室的防雷施工细节。通过这些设计与施工细节的研究和应用,进一步指导在线监测系统的规范化建设。经过几年的应用及总结,本文提出的设计与施工方法已经成功应用于十几个尾矿库在线监测系统建设项目中,取得了很好的效果。

Civil design and construction of tailings pond on-line monitoring system

The long-term reliable operation of tailings on-line monitoring system relies heavily on the quality of design and construction, and civil engineering design and construction is an important part within. Combining relevant specification and engineering practice, this paper elaborates key issues of civil engineering design and construction of tailings on-line monitoring system, including line laying form and protective measures, different forms of concrete foundation construction and requirements, construction details of monitoring drilling hole and lightning protection details of line laying, equipment and monitoring office. Through the research and application of these design and construction details, it will further guide the standardization construction of on-line monitoring system. After several years of application and summary, the method proposed in this paper has been successfully applied to a dozen of construction projects for tailings on-line monitoring system, and has obtained good results.
