| 摘 要： | 煤炭气化多联产是煤基能源转化系统未来发展的，它符合国家能源发展的战略，适应清洁生产、循环经济的发展模式，但是目前在我国大力发展煤炭气化多联产技术还存在一定的障碍，本文借用美国的数据对多联产的经济性进行了比对分析，指出多联产缺乏竞争力的根本原因在于它考虑进去了环境成本，同时较为系统的分析了政策、体制等方面存在的障碍，提出了政策方面的科学建议，为有关部门及管理人员制定长远规划和进行科学决策提供了科学的借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | The Coal gasification polygeneration is the important way of the coal energy sources conver system in the future , because it is accord with the stratagem of country energy sources development and the model of clean production, recycle economy. But there are many barriers in china. This paper using the date from America to contrast and analysis the polygeneration system, points out the essential causation is the environment cost, analysis the rule of law , system by the numbers, provides scientific reference for manager and officer to decision-making. |
