高台阶抛掷爆破数值模拟研究(增刊)

摘    要:露天煤矿高台阶抛掷爆破效果直接影响着吊斗铲倒堆剥离工效和成本。以黑岱沟露天煤矿现场为原型,通过数值模拟的方法,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序建立了有限元分析单元模型,模拟计算了高台阶抛掷爆破过程。通过对高台阶对称坡面和不同高度位置处抛掷速度进行监测,系统研究分析了爆破过程中速度场随时间衰减变化规律及分布特征。分析表明,数值模拟计算与实验观测结果吻合性较好;岩体在爆炸作用下,高台阶坡面速度随时间呈现加速、准匀速和衰减3个不同的发展阶段;受端头效益影响,对称面上的单元速度随装药位置呈现D形分布,速度峰值 沿X轴台阶走向符合Sigmoidal曲线衰减规律。

Abstract:Casting blast effect directly affects the efficiency and mining cost of dragline stripping in opencast coal mine. Heidaigou opencast coal mine was chosen as the prototype, the finite element analysis unit model was built using ANSYS/LS-DYNA program to simulate the cast blasting process. By monitoring the throwing velocity of the element on high bench slope in different height position, the process variation and distribution characteristics of blasting velocity field with time was researched. The analysis shows that the numerical simulation data is in good agreement with experimentally measured. The development of the velocity by time on high bench slope was in three different development stages by accelerating to constant, then attenuation under the blasting load. The velocity distribution of the element on the symmetrical plane was in D-shaped along with the position by charge, and the peak velocity process along the X axis was consistent with the attenuation law of the Sigmoidal curve affected by the end position benefit.
