| 摘 要： | 矿产资源勘查是高风险的,而对其项目投资要谨慎。只有做好前期的尽职调查工作,才有可能减少收购和投资的风险。本文首先分析了尽职调查的内涵和进行尽职调查的目的和意义,在此基础上提出了商业性矿产资源勘查项目尽职调查所包含的三种方式,分别是战略尽职调查、法律尽职调查和财务尽职调查。

| Abstract: | Mineral resources exploration is high risk, so we should be cautious to invest its projects. Only conducting the due diligence, it is possible to reduce the risks of acquisitions and investments. The authors explain the connotation of due diligence, and analyze the purpose and significance of conducting due diligence. On the basis, the authors propose three types of the due diligence of commercial mineral resources exploration project. |
