| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,企业竞争日益白热化,企业在技术创新过程中能否有效地保护、管理和运用企业的知识产权,将直接影响企业的生死存亡。而目前我国的许多企业在技术创新中的知识产权管理和保护方面仍存在很多问题,对这些问题寻求解决之道迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | Since China's entry into WTO, the competition among enterprises have become increasingly fierce. Whether one enterprise could effectively protect, manage and exercise its IPR in its technological innovation process will have an immediate influence on its survival or death. Up today, there exist many problems regarding IRP management and protection in enterprise technological innovation and seeking for solutions to these problems are in extreme urgency. |
