鲍店煤矿通风系统改造与优化实践

使用计算机可以对矿井通风网络进行仿真模拟,通过构建矿井三维通风网络,对巷道断面尺寸、支护方式等参数进行赋值,建立风机参数数据库,设置各主要用风点风量后,系统即可自动解算各项通风数据。在三维通风仿真系统基础上制定通风调节与优化系统方案,各种调节方案的效果能在数据分析的基础上通过三维动态图形的方式进行展现,为通风管理人员提供决策依据。本文论述了ventsim三维通风仿真软件在鲍店煤矿通风系统改造中的应用,该系统为我们在通风网络改造过程中提供最为科学的系统优化与调整方案,也为类似矿上的通风系统改造与优化提供的参考。

Ventilation System Transformation and Optimization Practices at Bao Dian Coal Mine

computer Usage enable to us undertake analog simulation for coal mine ventilation network.Construction of 3-D ventilation network can evaluate parameters such as roadway section dimension,support method,so as to establish the fan parameter database.After the dominate wind point volume being set,the system can automatically resolve various ventilation data.Based on 3-D ventilation analogue system,ventilation adjustment and optimization plan can be established,with various adjustments effects be demonstrated through 3-D dynamic drawings based on data analysis and providing decision-making basis for ventilation managerial staff.This paper expounds the application of ventsim 3-D ventilation analogue software at the ventilation system transformation at Baodian Coal Mine,which presents the most scientific system optimization and adjustment plan through ventilation network transformation and serves as preference for ventilation system transformation and optimization at similar coal mines.
