摘    要:为研究多组分捕收剂XK-103对辉铜矿的捕收性能, 对比了XK-103和Z-200在不同矿浆pH值、药剂用量条件下浮选辉铜矿和黄铁矿单矿物的效果, 发现XK-103对辉铜矿有良好的捕收性能; 通过Zeta电位分析、X射线光电子能谱分析和TOC总碳分析仪研究了XK-103和Z-200在辉铜矿表面的吸附情况, 发现XK-103在辉铜矿表面的吸附量更大, 主要是XK-103中的S原子与辉铜矿表面的Cu原子发生氧化还原反应, 从而达到吸附捕收辉铜矿的效果。

Abstract:Experiments were performed to compare the floating performance of XK-103, a multi-component collector, and Z-200 in recovering single mineral of chalcocite and pyrite under different pulp pH and different reagent dosage, for studying the collecting capacity of XK-103 for chalcocite. It is found that XK-103 performs better in collecting chalcocite. The adsorption of both collectors on the surface of chalcocite was investigated using Zeta potential analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and TOC analysis. The results show that a large amount of XK-103 is adsorbed on the surface of chalcocite, due to the redox reaction between S atoms in XK-103 and Cu atoms in chalcocite, thus promoting its performance in collecting chalcocite.
