贵州某磷矿正-反浮选试验研究

摘    要:针对贵州某P2O5品位11.68%、MgO含量10.87%的钙镁质低品位磷矿石进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,通过“正浮选、一粗两扫反浮选”闭路流程,获得了P2O5品位28.04%、P2O5回收率81.92%、MgO含量0.75%的磷精矿。

Abstract:Mineral processing experiments were conducted with a lean calcareous-magnesium collophane ore from Guizhou with P2O5 grade of 11.68% and MgO grade of 10.87%. Adopting a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting sequentially of a direct flotation and a reverse flotation with one roughing and two scavenging stages, a phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade of 28.04%, MgO content of 0.75% and P2O5 recovery of 81.92% was obtained.
