某赤泥预富集-闪速磁化焙烧扩大连续试验研究

摘    要:针对某含铁赤泥样品, 在工艺矿物学研究基础上, 进行了强磁选预富集-闪速磁化焙烧-磨矿-弱磁选扩大连续试验研究。工艺矿物学研究结果表明, 试样中铁品位26.06%, 是主要的回收组分, 其中呈赤(褐)铁矿形式产出的铁占96.85%, 磁化焙烧是选铁的有效途径。闪速磁化焙烧矿XRD分析和MLA分析检测结果表明, 反应炉入口温度740~760 ℃、烟气中CO含量1.8%~2.2%条件下获得的焙烧矿中铁矿物主要为磁铁矿, 矿样磁化效果较为理想。焙烧矿经磨矿-弱磁选工艺处理, 可获得铁精矿产率58.35%、TFe品位 60.15%、铁回收率82.08%的选别指标。

Continuous Pilot Experiment on Pre-concentration and Flash Magnetic Roasting of Red Mud

Abstract:As for the red mud samples, a continuous pilot experiment was carried out based on the process mineralogy research by using a processing technique consisting of pre-concentration with high-intensity magnetic separation, flash magnetic roasting, grinding and low-intensity magnetic separation. The process mineralogy research showed that the sample contained 26.06% iron, the principal component to be comprehensively recovered, among which 96.85% existed in the form of hematite and limonite, and could be effectively recovered by using magnetizing roasting process. After the experiment with flash magnetizing roasting process was performed by setting the inlet temperature of reaction furnace at 740-760 ℃ and the flue gas with CO content at 1.8%-2.2%, XRD analysis and MLA analysis found that magnetite was the dominant iron minerals in the roasted products, showing a good magnetization effect was obtained. Then, the roasted ore was subjected to the process of grinding followed by low intensity magnetic separation, resulting in the iron concentrate grading 60.15% TFe at 82.08% recovery, with a yield of 58.35%.
