摘    要:利用实验室立式辊磨机对3种不同粒度级配的矿渣试样进行了粉碎试验,基于分形理论研究了粉碎后颗粒粒度分布的分形行为,结果表明,3种不同级配矿渣试样粉碎后的粒度分布具有自相似和分形特征。考察了不同操作参数(液压缸压力、电机转速和含水率)对矿渣粒度分布和分形维数的影响,结果表明,随着液压缸压力增加、电机转速降低,各矿渣试样粒度分布趋于分散分布,分形维数逐渐增大,最终趋向定值。在低压力和高转速下,初始颗粒级配对分形维数影响显著;含水率1%时粉碎效果较好,随着含水率增加,分形维数迅速降低。在实际生产中,分形维数可以粗略评价立式辊磨机的粉碎性能。

Abstract:Three slag samples with different particle size gradation were comminuted by a laboratory vertical roller mill, and the fractal behavior of particle size distribution (PSD) after comminution was studied based on fractal theory. The results show that the PSD of three slag samples has self-similar and fractal characteristics. In addition, the effects of different operating parameters, such as hydraulic cylinder pressure, motor speed and moisture content, on slag PSD and fractal dimension were investigated. It is shown that with the increase of hydraulic cylinder pressure and the decrease of motor speed, the slag PSD tends to disperse, and the fractal dimension gradually increases until it attains a fixed value. Under low pressure and at high speed, the initial particle size gradation has significant effect on fractal dimension. When the moisture content is 1%, the pulverizing effect is optimal, and then the fractal dimension decreases rapidly with the increase of moisture content. In practical production, fractal dimension can be used to roughly evaluate the crushing performance of a vertical roller mill.
