内蒙古某磁选铁精矿浮选脱硫试验研究

摘    要:对内蒙古某磁选铁精矿进行了浮选脱硫试验研究。以FS为活化剂、碳酸钠为pH调整剂、黄药和双黄药为混合捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂, 经过一粗一精一扫闭路反浮选, 获得了产率94.54%、铁品位67.88%、铁回收率95.04%、含硫0.26%的铁精矿。

Abstract:Flotation experiments were conducted to achieve desulfurization of iron concentrate from magnetic separation process in a concentrator of Inner Mongolia. Using FS as an activator, sodium carbonate as a pH regulator, xanthate and dixanthogen as collectors, 2# oil as a frother, a closed-circuit reverse flotation process consisting of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging produced an iron concentrate grading 67.88% Fe at 95.04% recovery with a yield of 94.54%, and the sulfur content therein reduced to 0.26%.
