低品位氧化锌矿硫酸浸出工艺研究

摘    要:研究了高硅低品位氧化锌矿的硫酸浸出工艺。在保持矿浆pH=2.0,控制加酸量和加酸速度的条件下,锌的浸出率大于97%,而硅和铁的浸出率只有13%和0.84%甚至更低,每吨锌耗酸1.76t。添加氧化铁硫杆菌浸出,锌的浸出率有所增长,同时利于沉淀除铁,降低浸出液中铁的含量。采用渗滤浸出方案,锌的浸出率大于95%,硅、铁的浸出率只有3.6%和0.6%。

Abstract:Sulfuric acid leaching of low grade zinc oxide ore is studied in this paper. At pH of 2.0 leaching rate of above 97% can be achieved only by controlling addition of sulfaric acid(ie. dosage and rate). At the same time leaching rates of silico and iron can be reduced to 13% and 0.84% or much less, respectively, and the consamption of sulfuric acid is 1.76 t per ton zinc. Addition of thiobacillus ferrooxidans can enhance the reaching rate of zinc slightly and is favorable for iron precipitation, which can reduce the content of iron in leach solution. Percolation leaching can achieve leaching rates of above 95% Zn, 3.6% Si and 0.6% Fe, respectively.
