低酸富钴渣中钴的浸出

摘    要:采用H2SO4-Na2S2O3·5H2O体系酸性浸出低酸富钴渣中的钴, 研究了制浆顺序、酸料比、还原剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间及液固比对钴浸出率的影响。最佳浸出工艺条件为: 向渣中直接加硫酸再补水制浆, 酸料比0.8, Na2S2O3·5H2O浓度0.12 mol/L, 反应温度85 ℃, 反应时间1.5 h, 液固比5∶1, 此时钴浸出率可达99.75%。

Abstract:A H2SO4-Na2S2O3·5H2O system was used in the acid leaching of cobalt from low-acid cobalt-rich residue of spent Li-ion batteries. The effects of pulping sequence, the ratio of sulfuric acid to raw materials, the concentration of reducing agent, reaction temperature, reaction time and liquid-solid ratio on the cobalt leaching rate were all studied. It is found that the cobalt leaching rate can reach 99.75% by directly adding sulfuric acid and then replenishing water in he pulping process, with sulfuric acid and raw material at a ratio of 0.8, the concentration of Na2S2O3·5H2O at 0.12 mol/L, the reaction temperature at 85 ℃, the reaction time of 1.5 h and the liquid-solid ratio at 5∶1.
