方铅矿原生电位浮选及应用

摘    要:采用原生电位浮选技术, 实现了铅锌硫化矿的电位调控浮选。方铅矿原生电位浮选条件为:二乙基二硫氮氨基甲酸盐(DDTC)做捕收剂, pH >12.5, 矿浆原生电位Eop<0.17 V。石灰作为矿浆pH 调整剂, 还表现出对特定矿浆电位的良好的稳定作用。该工艺在凡口铅锌矿等复杂铅锌多金属硫化矿矿山的工业应用表明, 铅、锌各项选矿指标均得到较大幅度提高, 显示出巨大推广前景。

Abstract:Based on the study of electrochemical flotation of sulfide minerals, originpotential flotation(OPF)technology, which makes use of intrinsic redox reactions in the grinding-flotation system to adjust potential, was proposed.The optimum conditions for the selective flotation of galena form the Pb-Zn-Fe sulfide ores were as follows:pH >12.5~12.8, Eop <150~180 mV and diethydithioncarbamate(DDTC)as collector.Lime, as regulator of pH, it could stablilize special potential very well.OPF techonology has been used successfully in lead-zinc sulfide minerals flotation, demonstrating a vast range of prospects for its extensive application to all sulfide minerals flotation.
