摘    要:根据攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿、冀东磁铁精矿和锌精矿等K球团(包括团矿)还原试验结果,探讨了K球团的还原机理;研究了影响还原反应速度的因素;提出了磁铁精矿K球团金属还原率(Ym)与还原时间(X1)、还原温度(X2)、C/Fe(X3)的二次旋转回归方程,在实际生产过程中可采用计算机对K球团的还原状况进行预测和控制。

Abstract:According to the test results of reduction of K pellets prepared from vandium bearing titaniferous megnetite concentrate of Panzhihua Mine, magnetite concentrate of Jidong Mine and zinc concentrate, their reduction mechanism is discussed and factors affecting their reduction speeds are investigated. The authors have developed a quadratic rotation regression equation about reoluction rate ( Y m ) reduction time ( X 1), reaction temperature ( X 2) and C/Fe( X 3) of K pellets of the magnetite concentrates. In practical application, prediction and control of reduction of K pellets can be achieved by computers.
