摘    要:采用赤铁矿法脱除低品位氧化铜矿浸出液中的铁离子。结果表明,适宜的除铁工艺条件为: 反应温度180 ℃、初始硫酸浓度2 g/L、反应时间3 h、氧分压0.3 MPa、搅拌速度400 r/min,此时除铁率为95.2%,渣中铁、铜、硫含量分别为62.7%、0.14%、1.6%。

Abstract:An experiment was performed to remove iron ions from leach solution of low-grade copper oxide ore by hematite precipitation process. The results show that the iron removal rate is 95.2% and the contents of iron, copper and sulfur in the residue are 62.7%, 0.14% and 1.6%, respectively, under the optimal processing conditions for iron removal, including reaction temperature of 180 ℃, an initial sulfuric acid concentration of 2 g/L, reaction time of 3 h, partial pressure of oxygen at 0.3 MPa and stirring speed at 400 r/min.
