原生矿泥对云南某高铁泥化氧化锌矿浮选的影响

摘    要:对云南某高铁泥化氧化锌矿进行了原生矿泥脱泥-硫化胺法浮选工艺和全粒级硫化胺法浮选工艺对比试验研究,结果表明,原生矿泥对该高铁泥化氧化锌矿的负面影响远大于次生矿泥,通过MLA研究了原生矿泥与次生矿泥的矿物组分差异,发现原生矿泥中的粘土矿物和铁铅硬锰矿对氧化锌矿物浮选药剂的竞争吸附可能是造成该氧化锌矿全粒级浮选条件恶化的主要原因。

Abstract:Two flowsheets, including raw slurry desliming-sulfidizing amine flotation and full-scale sulfidizing amine flotation, for processing a high-iron muddy zinc oxide ore from Yunnan Province, were compared in the experimental study. Results showed that, the raw slurry brought more negative influence on this zinc oxide ore than the secondary slurry. Mineral liberation analyzer was used to compare the mineral compositions of raw and secondary slurries, and it is found that there exists competitive absorption of flotation reagents by clay and psilomelane, which is the main reason for the worsening of full-scale flotation effect.
