摘    要:通过对陕煤集团红柳林煤矿地质条件的分析,采用经验估算、基于顶板分类、数值模拟等方法确定支架的支护强度,并提出中部支架与端头支架大梯度过渡的配套方式。现场使用结果表明,该支架的支护强度能够满足矿压要求,大梯度过渡的配套方式能够改善液压支架受力状态,减少工作面上下两端部过渡段顶部三角煤损失,提高资源的采出率。

Abstract:By analyzing geological condition of Hongliulin Colliery of Shanmei Group,this paper obtained supporting intensity of powered support on the basis of experience estimation,roof classification and numerical simulation and put forward large gradient transient match manner of mid-powered supports and end-support.Application showed that the supporting intensity could bear underground pressure,and that large gradient transient match manner could improve stress state of powered support,reduce roof triangular coal loss over support at the ends of face,and increase resource recovery.
