节能环保视域下生活用水微生物污染检测

摘    要:为生活用水中微生物污染检测提供依据,提出节能环保视域下生活用水微生物污染检测方法,选取某省7个区域作为研究对象,采集生活用水样本,划分为多管发酵组与滤膜组,分别采用多管发酵方法与滤膜法检测2组生活用水样本中的微生物。检测结果表明,7个区域生活样本中均检出菌落总数、总大肠菌群、大肠埃希菌以及铜绿假单胞菌4种微生物,均未检出耐热大肠菌群;D区是生活用水微生物污染最严重的区域;多管发酵法的水微生物污染检测性能优于滤膜法。针对生活用水微生物污染检测结果,基于节能环保视域,提出解决环境污染问题、选择合格的水源、通过植被改善生态环境、微生物措施、加强监督管理力度5项生活用水微生物污染治理策略。

Abstract:To provide a basis for the detection of microbial pollution in domestic water,this paper puts forward the detection method of microbial pollution in domestic water from the perspective of energy conservation and environmental protection.Seven regions of a province are selected as the research object,and the domestic water samples are collected and divided into multi tube fermentation group and filter membrane group.The microorganisms in the two groups of domestic water samples are detected by multi tube fermentation method and filter membrane method respectively.The results showed that the total number of colonies,total coliform,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected in the living samples of the seven regions,and no heat-resistant coliform was detected.Area D is the area with the most serious microbial pollution of domestic water.The detection performance of multi tube fermentation method is better than that of filter membrane method.According to the detection results of microbial pollution of domestic water,based on the perspective of energy conservation and environmental protection,five control strategies of microbial pollution of domestic water are proposed,including solving environmental pollution problems,selecting qualified water sources,improving ecological environment through vegetation,microbial measures and strengthening supervision and management.
