基于LabVIEW的管道甲烷气体监测系统设计

摘    要:为改善管道甲烷气体浓度超标带来的安全隐患,设计基于LabVIEW的管道甲烷气体监测系统。使用下位机子系统的红外光电传感器采集管道甲烷气体信号数据,将STM8处理器处理后的信号利用网络通信模块传递到上位机子系统,其通过LabVIEW编写的串口程序,在完成串行初始化和数据接收的基础上,数据处理模块采用小波变换方法消除信号中的噪声;根据除噪后的信号,管道甲烷气体浓度检测模块运用谐波检测方法获取管道甲烷气体浓度信息,并保存至数据存储模块;用户使用数据显示模块可以查看保存的信息,以此实现管道甲烷气体监测。实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的红外光电传感器零点稳定性和甲烷气体信号去噪能力,各监测点的甲烷气体浓度检测绝对误差最大仅为1.45%。

Abstract:In order to improve the potential safety hazards caused by excessive pipeline methane gas concentration,a pipeline methane gas monitoring system based on LabVIEW was designed.The infrared photoelectric sensor of the lower computer subsystem was used to collect the pipeline methane gas signal data,and the signal processed by the STM8 processor was transmitted to the upper computer subsystem through the network communication module.The serial port program written by LabVIEW is used to complete the serial initialization and data reception.On the basis,the data processing module adopts wavelet transform method to eliminate the noise in the signal.According to the denoised signal,the pipeline methane gas concentration detection module uses the harmonic detection method to obtain the pipeline methane gas concentration information and save it to the data storage module for users to use The data display module can view the saved information to realize pipeline methane gas monitoring.Experimental results showed that the system has good infrared photoelectric sensor zero point stability and methane gas signal denoising ability; the absolute error of methane gas concentration detection at each monitoring point is only 1.45%.
