摘    要:对矿井机械部件和设备进行频繁、准确的检查是必不可少的,因为故障可能导致计划外停机、大量材料损失和经济损失,甚至危及工人的生命安全。在采矿业中,胶带托辊或滚筒是关键部件。分析了现有的滚筒检测技术,提出了一种基于热成像相机的滚筒检测方法。工程实验初步结果表明,使用信号处理技术能够自动识别滚筒故障。同时还提出并实现了一个后端监测平台,可以实现与矿井企业系统的现场和云连接。最后,对在广泛的现场测试中检测到的滚筒异常进行了分类,以便建立一个结构化的数据集,研究可为将来的工程应用提供支持。〖JP〗

Abstract:Frequent and accurate inspection of mine mechanical parts and equipment is essential,because the failure may lead to unplanned shutdown,massive material loss and economic loss,and even endanger the life safety of workers.In the mining industry,belt idler or roller is the key component.The existing roller detection technology is analyzed,and a roller detection method based on thermal imaging camera is proposed.The preliminary results of engineering experiments show that the signal processing technology can automatically identify the drum fault.At the same time,a back end monitoring platform is proposed and implemented,which can realize the on-site and cloud connection with the mine enterprise system.Finally,the roller anomalies detected in extensive field tests are classified in order to establish a structured data set,which can provide support for future engineering applications.
