矿用钻孔深度声波测量装置设计与应用

摘    要:针对目前煤矿井下钻孔施工的质量验收,主要依靠退钻时人工数钻杆的方式计量钻孔深度,效率低且人为因素大的问题,通过研究基于钻杆柱中声波反射原理设计了便携式钻孔深度测量装置,利用声波在钻杆柱中的传播的速度和声波在钻杆柱中往返传播一个周期的时间计算出钻孔中钻杆柱的长度,确定钻孔深度。设计的矿用钻孔深度测量装置主要由3部分组成:激震源、探头和主机,关键的数据处理和人机交互等功能通过主机的软硬件实现。在大佛寺煤矿和寺河煤矿进行的现场试验,验证了该装置的测量深度大于200 m,最大误差不超过10 m,能够满足煤矿井下孔深测量的迫切需要。

Abstract:Design and application of mine drilling depth acoustic measurement device at present,the quality acceptance of underground drilling construction mainly relies on manual counting of drill pipe when drilling,which is inefficient and has a large human factor.Based on the principle of acoustic reflection in drill pipe string,a portable drilling depth measuring device is designed.By calibrating the propagation speed of acoustic wave in drill pipe string and the time of one cycle of acoustic wave in drill pipe string,the length of drill pipe string is calculated and the drilling depth is determined.The device consists of three parts: exciter,probe and host.The main research content of this project is the research and development of hole depth measurement technology and measuring instruments,improve the existing drilling depth detection methods,and develop portable products,so as to meet the urgent needs of efficient hole depth measurement methods in coal mines,and provide technical and equipment support for drilling depth detection in coal mines.
