基于LGOS和LSVS逻辑节点的变电站 虚端子对接设计研究

摘    要:随着智能电网建设步伐的推进,面向对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)与电气量采样值(SV)的信息传输和监测至关重要。为此,利用IEC 61850 2.0版本的新型LGOS与LSVS逻辑节点,研究了基于LGOS、LSVS逻辑节点的GOOSE与SV虚端子的对接方法,开发了一套变电站虚端子对接架构,实现了GOOSE与SV的全可控、透明化显示和实时监测。研究结果表明,本文提出的架构提升了GOOSE与SV虚端子的信息传输与监测的可控性,实现了可视化监测和显示,同时也提升了GOOSE与SV信息的可靠性。

Abstract:With development of smart grid construction,object-oriented information transmission and monitoring of substation event(GOOSE) and electrical quantity sampling value(SV) are very important.For this reason,this paper uses new LGOS and LSVS logic node of IEC 61850 2.0 version,studies the docking method of GOOSE and SV virtual terminal based on LGOS and LSVS logic node,develops a set of docking architecture of substation virtual terminal,and realizes the full control,transparent display and real-time monitoring of GOOSE and SV.The results show that the proposed architecture improves the controllability of information transmission and monitoring between GOOSE and SV virtual terminals,realizes visual monitoring and display,and improves the reliability of GOOSE and SV information.
