摘    要:为了提升吉林省煤监局所辖矿井各种灾害监测的信息化水平,提高监管、监察的及时性、可靠性,研究了一套煤矿重大灾害联网预警分析技术。建立了基于重大灾害特征规律的动态预警模型,将各矿井瓦斯、二氧化碳、火、顶板4大灾害监测系统的数据进行集成和综合分析。介绍了系统建设的技术原理、架构、联网方式、数据集成方式以及模块设计。开发了联网分析预警平台,借助阿里云服务进行发布,实现吉林省主要矿井安全信息的综合管理和集成共享、安全隐患的在线监测和动态识别以及重大灾害信息的分类、分矿井集中展示。研究为煤矿安全监管监察工作提供了有效的辅助工具及手段。

Abstract:In order to improve the informatization level of various disaster monitoring in the mines under the jurisdiction of the Jilin Provincial Coal Supervision Bureau,and to improve the timeliness and reliability of supervision and supervision,a set of coal mine major disaster online warning analysis technology had been studied.A dynamic early warning model based on the characteristics of major disasters had been established to integrate and comprehensively analyzed the data of the four major disaster monitoring systems of gas,carbon dioxide,fire and roof in various mines.The technical principles,architecture,networking methods,data integration methods and module design of system construction were introduced.An online analysis and early warning platform was developed and released with the help of Alibaba Cloud services to realize the comprehensive management and integrated sharing of main mine safety information in Jilin Province,online monitoring and dynamic identification of safety hazards,and the classification and centralized display of major disaster information.The research provided effective auxiliary tools and methods for coal mine safety supervision and supervision.
