煤矿新型架空乘人装置安全保护技术研究

摘    要:为了保证煤矿能够实现安全运人技术,研究了煤矿新型架空乘人装置安全保护技术,分析设计了基于LOGO!控制的斜巷安全设施自动控制装置、架空乘人装置断轴保护装置、乘人间距保护装置、新型架空乘人装置防掉绳托绳轮。研究对降低职工劳动强度、规范现场管理、完善保护系统、创造安全运人环境、保障运输安全具有显著效果。

Abstract:In order to ensure that the mine can realize the safe transportation technology,this paper studied the safety protection technology of the new overhead passenger equipment in coal mine,and analyzed the design of the automatic control device for the inclined lane safety facilities based on LOGO! control,the broken shaft protection device for the overhead passenger device,and the multiplication.The person spacing protection device and the new overhead passenger device prevent the rope support rope wheel.The research had a significant effect on reducing the labor intensity of employees,standardizing on-site management,improving the protection system,creating a safe transporter environment,and ensuring transportation safety.
