摘    要:矿车是矿山运输和提升中的主要设备,实现结构轻量化是提高运输效率的重要途径,也是绿色矿山建设的需要。基于对矿车主要性能的要求,从矿车制动距离、运行速度、矿车车箱与矿物的粘连性、矿车的腐蚀和矿车动态稳定性方面,对矿车主要部件——车箱目前存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了应用复合材料代替钢板制作复合材料矿车车箱的可行性,提出了基于复合材料的解决方案。通过充分的理论和翔实的数据,论证分析了复合材料车箱在轻量化、表面质量、耐腐蚀、减振降噪以及制造工艺等方面的先进性,并简析了其经济性。研究表明,复合材料是一种可用于矿车车箱制造的理想材料。它可以有效实现矿车的减重、节能、延寿和增效。

Abstract:The mine car is the main equipment in mine transportation and lifting.Lightweight is an important way to improve the efficiency of transport,but also the need of green mine construction.Based on the requirements of the main properties of mine car,the authors analyzed the problems existing in the main component car coach from five aspects that are the car braking distance,the running speed,the adhesion of car coach and mineral,the corrosion of the car,and the dynamic stability of the car.The feasibility of applying composite material instead of steel plate was discussed,and the authors proposed the solutions based on composite material. By means of sufficient theory and accurate data,the authors analyzed and demonstrated the advantages of the composite coach,including the quantitative,surface quality,corrosion resistance.vibration reduction,noise reduction,and manufacturing.The economy of the composite coach was also discussed. Results of research have shown that,composite material is an ideal material can be used in manufacture of mine car coach,and can achieve the weight reducing,energy saving,prolonging service life and efficiency improving of mine car.
