摘    要:煤矿中岩巷的掘进速度往往是煤炭开采时间的决定性因素,岩巷的快速掘进是煤矿生产的保证,但是不合理的爆破方案、落后的掘进设备以及繁杂的工程管理往往制约着岩巷的掘进效率。岩巷掘进水平关系到煤矿正常生产接续,针对阳煤集团一矿某高抽巷掘进速度较慢的实际,首先对制约试验巷道掘进进尺水平的因素进行分析,根据分析结果对爆破参数进行了优化设计,尤其是针对掏槽爆破孔的重新设计,最后对爆破效果进行多方位的对比检测。试验结果显示,优化的爆破方案能够有效地提高巷道掘进效率,巷道的单循环进尺、大块率、炮眼利用率等指标明显优于原爆破方案,月进尺也由70 m/月提高到85 m/月,圆满完成并超过矿上给定的指标。

Abstract:The driving speed of rock roadway in coal mine is often the decisive factor of coal mining time.The rapid excavation of rock roadway is the guarantee of coal mine production.However,unreasonable blasting scheme,backward tunneling equipment and complicated engineering management often restrict the driving efficiency of rock roadway.The rock roadway driving level is related to the normal production continuity of coal mine.In view of the fact that the driving speed of a high pumping roadway in No.1 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Group is slow,the factors restricting the driving footage level of the test roadway are analyzed.According to the analysis results,the blasting parameters are optimized,especially for the redesign of the cutting blasting hole.Finally,the blasting effect is compared and tested in multiple directions.The test results show that the optimized blasting scheme can effectively improve the tunneling efficiency,the single cycle footage,block rate,hole utilization rate and other indicators of the roadway are obviously better than the original blasting scheme,and the monthly footage is also increased from 70 m/month to 85 m/month,which is successfully completed and exceeds the given indicators in the mine.
