摘    要:为稳步提升矿井岩巷单产单进水平,加快掘进速度,缓解工作面接替紧张局面,针对深井高地应力、三软复合围岩等制约因素,通过科学分析,对施工工艺、支护设计、运输系统、劳动组织等进行重新优化,制定了针对性解决措施,研究符合特殊地质条件下岩巷大断面综掘机快速掘进技术,最终实现最大限度平行作业,发挥大功率综掘机重装优势,有效减少了岩巷掘进及支护成本投入,提高了巷道单进水平,缓解了采掘接替紧张的局面,为矿井顺利采掘接替提供了基础保障,同时瓦斯治理巷道的提前完工,为灾害治理提供了有效的时间及空间,为类似地质条件的矿井在岩巷大断面综掘机快速掘进技术方面提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In order to steadily improve single production and single entry level of rock roadway,speed up excavation speed,and ease the tension situation of working face replacement,aiming at constraints of high ground stress and Three Soft composite surrounding rock of deep mine,through scientific analysis,construction technology,supporting design,transportation system,labor organization and so on were re optimized,and targeted solutions were formulated,and the rock roadway under special geological conditions was studied.The rapid driving technology of cross-section comprehensive digger can realize the maximum parallel operation,to give full play to advantage of heavy loading of high-power comprehensive digger,effectively to reduce cost input of rock roadway driving and supporting,to improve single entry level of roadway,to relieve tension of mining replacement,to provide basic guarantee for smooth mining replacement of mine,at the same time,the completion of gas control roadway in advance,and to provide disaster control effective time and space were provided,which provided a good reference for similar geological conditions of mine in the rapid excavation technology of large cross-section comprehensive excavators in the rock roadway.
